Bought another Charge 6 but Premium trial didn't start over

I purchased another one 3 weeks after my first one and I can’t figure out how to start completely over.. it didn’t give me another free membership it started where the old one left off..? I thought it would completely start over..?

Based on the posts I've read, if you already had a Premium subscription, including the free trial, the free trial doesn't start until after your current subscription ends. 

For subscription issues, it's best to contact Support (<-- click). Complete the prompt in Step 1. Tap Continue in Step 2 (ignore Resources) to get to Step 3 which as the contact options. It may be best to talk to a representative about this.

As @RiekoC mentioned, new free trial starts after current subscription ends.

If the Fitbit device you purchased indicates that it includes a trial to Fitbit Premium, but you’re currently a Fitbit Premium member, then you must cancel your Premium subscription in order to be able to activate the trial or wait until the current trial ends. About 1-3 days after your canceled subscription expires, you’ll find an offer in the Fitbit app to begin the trial. For instructions on how to cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription, refer to How do I manage or cancel my Fitbit Premium subscription?
