My Charge 6 arrived last night. I have spent over an hour in 3 calls on the phone to Fitbit support trying to install ECG and then Googlemaps since then. Followed all their instructions, ECG working but Charge 6 has locked in Googlemaps software download and cannot be turned off or rebooted, showing logo and "install bar". Tried their suggestions for forced shutdown without success. Fitbit support best suggestion was a replacement in 7-10 days - Amazon can however replace tomorrow (good service...take note Fitbit). Very unpromising start. Will try replacement and if that doesn't work smoothly get a refund. Really very unimpressed. Any ideas for forced shutdown or rapidly draining battery gratefully received.
