Broken Charge 6 after a few months and waiting weeks for label to send it for inspection

I reported via live chat that my Fitbit Charge 6 stopped working and it was only around 5 months old.  I was asked for my postal address so that a label could be sent to me so I could send it to Fitbit for them to inspect it.  I have been waiting for the label for 3 and a half weeks, no sign.  Why did I subscribe to the Fitbit app and purchase the Fitbit when clearly I won’t have use of it for at least 2 months, if not longer.

Get back with support and give them your case number and any information you have.

I'm having similar issue, bought in March and since 1st May trying to get a replacement. They've just replied saying I have to wait for a label..
