I didn’t wear my Fitbit charge 6 all day, but it says I burned 1,000 calories. That seems weird unless google has a way of spying on me without my watch. Most days when wearing my watch, I burn 1-2000 calories, which also seems excessive.
Any advice?

Hi @jospage no spying happening, but it's because you set up your Charge 6. It knows that you're breathing and moving, so it assumes you're also burning the calories, even when you're not wearing it.
