Button no longer depressible

Had this Charge 6 just under 11 months. It was under 20% charge, so put it on the charger and the display would not come back on.  Tried pushing the button on the left of the watch and now it resists.  Have tried different chargers and outlets, no luck.

Hello @retjero

Have you had a chance to try to restart your Charge 6 using the charging cable that came with your device? This help page has the instructions on how to restart the Charge 6 (<-- click link)

That said, since the button on your Charge 6 is not responding and your device is 11 months old, you should contact Support (<-- click link) and let them know about the button problem. Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. Once Support confirms your Charge 6 has a defective button, they should let you know what are your options under warranty.

Using the original charging cord in multiple outlets. No luck.

I have used the link you sent many times. It sends you in a circle that
ends back up on a generic Google help page. Saw a similar chat where the
originator complained:

"I've searched all over the Fitbit site and can find links to where you can
obtain warranty service, but all of those links just take you to the main
help page .. where you get help to get the warranty link .. which takes you
right back to the same place."

They stated they finally tried starting at Google Store and working their
way from there. I will try that.

Hello @retjero

Sorry to see that you're not able to get through to Support. This post (<-- click link) lists the Support phone numbers.

Hopefully, you'll be able to get through either starting at the Google store or by using the phone numbers.

The phone number for U.S.worked.  Only a five minute wait when calling 7:30 AM EST. They have no suggestion for online support, but they will email me a shipping label, etc.

Hello @retjero

Thank you for letting us know that you were able to get in contact with Support.

In case there isn't any information about this, I believe you only need to send back the Charge 6 device (aka "pebble") without the bands or charging cord.
