Three days ago my calorie burn went from a consistent amount to suddenly 200 - 250 calories less. I am doing the same amount of steps, sleep, everything. I haven't changed anything at all. Anyone have a clue why this would be?

Probably not the answer, but simplest explanation would be if your weight had gotten changed to a smaller amount then.
