Charge 6 not working well. Went to Best Buy where I bought it and they said to call Fitbit as it’s under a year old. What number do I call please? Many thanks

Hi @Bitman350 Please contact Support for any warranty issues. The Support tech will ask about your issues. They might have troubleshooting solutions to help you.
If the tech asks for the serial number, and you don’t have the box, remove the bottom band. It is on the pebble. It is a string of 12 letters and numbers. It is also on the box.
