I turned off the widget for it but the pop up still comes up. I go to the gym three times a week and I don’t like how negative and demotivating the pop up is. Half the time pressing the X doesn’t even get rid of it. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Hello @konebmo1
I don't get a message about Readiness score. Are you talking about the Cardio Load prompt that appears on the Today page in the Fitbit app?
If so, there currently isn't a way to turn off the Cardio Load prompt in the Fitbit app.
One option that some users are doing is deleting their Cardio Load data in the Fitbit app. This temporarily turns off the Cardio Load prompt when the data is deleted. This method requires periodic Cardio Load data deletion about once a week to prevent the algorithm from acquiring the necessary data to re-establish the Cardio Load. If you want to give this a try, this help page has the steps to delete the Cardio Load data (<-- click link)
Also, please consider adding your vote & comments to this feature request: Allow users to move/delete Cardio Load prompt (<-- click link).

Hi, @konebmo1 , I also don’t get these notifications, i.e I don’t get any email or text messages. Opening the app does prompt a pop up indicating my readiness…. Is that what is the issue for you?
If that is the case, I would recommend simply turning off your daily readiness score.
To do this open your Fitbit app and from the opening, Today, screen click on the pencil top right. On the next screen find “Daily readiness” and toggle the button to the left = OFF.
I hope this helps.
