My last watch was a charge 2, so I'm a little confused with the new settings on the Charge 6. I would like help with two things. First, on the Charge 2 I was able to set custom heart rate zones. I can't seem to find that in the Charge 6 user interface. Is there a place to set custom fat burning, cardio, and peak zones? Second, is there a way to turn off the heart rate zone notifications while I'm working out? Every time it buzzes to tell me I'm in a different zone it distracts me from my workout because I'm worried it's a call or text I might need to address. Any way to turn that notification off just during workouts?

Hello @Gossamer53
From what I see, you can set the custom upper & lower heart zones in the Fitbit app. However, according to the information in the app, the custom zones will appear next to the fat burning, cardio, & peak zones. The custom zones don't replace the ones that the app sets based on your cardiovascular fitness & age. Here's how to navigate to the custom heart rate zones in the Fitbit app:
When you set the upper & lower limits for your Heart Rate Zones, this will disable the heart rate zone notifications from your device during exercise.
Hopefully, this sets up your device the way that you would like it to work.

Thanks, I'll try that. For the custom range, am I just putting where basically my fat burning starts and where I peak out? I would still like the three custom zones, Fat Burning, Cardio, and Peak, but I would like them to be specific zones and still otherwise track, but not notify.

@Gossamer53 you can't customize each zone individually. Fitbit never had such a feature. All you can do is changing your maximum HR which will move zones up or down (all zones, you can't customize thresholds). You can create one custom zone but with new app interface it's rather useless (activities don't report anymore time in custom zone). The Charge 6 won't show you custom zone either.
You may disable zone notifications during activity by swiping up after selecting the activity and disabling "Zone notifications". This has to be done for each type of activity separately.

I think with the Charge 2 I was able to say I want 100 - 125 Fat Burn, 125 - 150 Cardio, and 150+ Peak. I remember setting it up in the App, but I guess at the end of the day, I can't confirm 100% if my workouts tracked to those specific ones or just the ones pre-set.

@Gossamer53 I'm pretty sure there was no way to set it like that. Only way to set zones is through maximum HR. Full customization has been requested by users long ago but never considered.
