I have had a Fitbit3 and Fitbit 5 in the past and recently got a Fitbit 6. When I log into my Fitbit account on my fully updated Samsung S23+, it asks me to sync with my Google account. I try to do that and it says that the Google account is associated with a different Fitbit account. I have only ever had one Gmail account in my life. If I log out of Fitbit, the app brings me to the screen where I have to click Agree to continue. When I do, a popup saying "An unexpected error has occurred" shows up. My fitbit device has never gotten past the Download the Fitbit Mobile App screen, even though I have downloaded the latest version. I contacted Fitbit support 4 different times and nobody was ever able to resolve my issue. This forum is a last ditch attempt before I return my Fitbit 6 and never purchase another Fitbit device.
