Can't download/share the PDF of my ECG

I was able to run an ECG on my Charge 6, and it said that the result is normal. It gives me two options to actually see my ECG: Download PDF or Share. If I tap either, all I get is a twirlly circle and a message that it is preparing the PDF or preparing to share. Nothing ever actually happens, and the twirlly eventually times out. I've looked at folders on my phone (a Motorola G7), but can find no ECG.

I'm going to see my cardiologist tomorrow and was hoping to show him that I can do my own ECG if I sense a rhythm problem. However, I can't actually share the results --- the closest I get is an unsatisfying twirlly. I just updated the Fitbit app a few minutes ago (9pm ET on Nov. 19, 2023), so it is the latest version of the Fitbit app.

Can anyone tell me how to actually download the ECG? Or to share it so that I can e-mail it to myself or to my doctor? Thanks!
