Can't get any customer service from chats. I haven't a clue what to do now so I'm posting here.

I live in Canada.
I bought my first Fitbit Versa in 2018. It was problematic from the beginning.
I got a Versa Lite discount in February 2020.
The replacement device failed in May 2024 and I was given the option to buy with a discount because mine was out of warranty.
I could only afford to buy a Charge 6 on May 23, delivered on June 3rd. I definitely need the watch proper, not merely a tracker.
But my disappointment in the Charge 6, vs. my Versa, and trouble enrolling in Premium after going through so many devices in such a short time makes me frustrated with the general lack of care from Fitbit.
I requested a refund on June 5th, 2024.
It's the end of June and I still can't get a return label with the correct address. It'll be a month soon. I feel like I was just being passed from person to person, each with an aim to stall the process of getting a return label. I'm beyond annoyed.

Could you please check on your spam/junk folder. Sometimes our messages are redirected there.

I completed the form. I received only one label on the 5th. It had a US address in the sender info. I've looked in all my email folders and nothing comes up since.
