Can't install clock face in my new charge 6

When trying to install a new clock face, I get a "try again" error on my watch, and it enters an infinite loop of trying again and again endlessly and showing "try again". To stop it I have to remove the watch from the app.

I try resetting everything, clock, app, phone. Nothing works. Tried different clock faces. Nada.

My watch is currently faceless...

This is not normal behavior.

Since it looks like you've tried the recommended troubleshooting, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. It might be better to call and speak with a support agent.

Next time, try restarting the Charge 6.
