Can’t load Charge 6 goals on app

ANSWERED

Last week my app told me “something happened. Can’t load goals”. I can’t even get to the goals to see them. This started after the last update. What’s going on?

I had the same issue as @Daveleeander2 (and other problems described in https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-6/Charge-6-No-more-hourly-activity-and-objectives-filled-up/t...) :  I uninstalled / reinstalled the app, and it worked for me.

Was this on the device itself or on your phone app?  If it was on the phone app, could you please share the make and model of the device?

It was on the phone app. iOS on an IPhone 13 Pro Max.
I don’t even see on the device where you can view them

Hello @Daveleeander2

Please try:

  • Log out of the Fitbit app
  • Uninstall the Fitbit app from your phone
  • Re-install the Fitbit app on your phone
  • Log into the Fitbit app

You won't lose any data when you do this process. When you log out of the Fitbit app, your data is uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers. When you log back into the app, you'll see that your data has been restored.

I have read the forums, uninstalled reinstalled, turned phone on / off, has not fixed the goal reset issue. Also I can’t see my step over periods - eg last month / year etc. I have an iPhone 16e

thanks

Hello @Effie1974

What version of the Fitbit app do you have? To find the information:

  • Tap your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap Help in the menu that opens
  • You should see your Fitbit version info on the Help page

You might need the latest version 4.51 in order to reset your goals & see your historical step data.
