@Nawtykitty I honestly don't see any reason to set up an additional Gmail account just for Fitbit. If you get your Fitbit Weekly report, then use an account that is easy to access.

The easy to access email will no longer be allowed by Google. They told me only a Google Account is allowed. I have a Google account, but I don't want to use it for FitBit. Too many incoming emails on that account.

You can setup rules to sort the incoming email into sub folders

@seanj92 you say that your Gmail account is not connected with a different fitbit account, then tell us that it is connected to a fitbit account connected to an older fitbit device.
Since you are not using this account, let's close this fitbit account..
Note it will take 7 days before your Gmail address will be released. Or you can contact Fitbit and have them to delete.
