Can't move to Google. Charge 6

I bought a new Charge 6 and can't set it up. The Fitbit app is asking me to move my account to Google but I can't get past Step 1 because it is saying Google email is already being used by another fitbit account. I have turned off blue tooth, phone and re installed app, deleted old Charge 2 device and nothing is working. Please help.

Hello @DLM1970 it looks like in the past, you might have used your Google email to log into Fitbit. 

I would Contact Support

My CGM uses Health Connect to connect to Fitbit and MyFitnessPal.  It won't let me connect directly and tells me to disconnect the Health Connect.  Dexcom G7 only allows Health Connect.  Could you be connected to another app with Health Connect?
