Can't see time and heart rate on Charge 6 during exercise

I often want to look at the time (and sometimes look at my heartrate) when I'm out. But the Charge 6 has figured that I'm walking and so it just shows me the exercise stats. How can I get the time and/or my heart rate?

Have you tried tapping on the display while your Charge 6 is a tracking a walk? Tapping on the display should scroll through a series of stats/data screens. One of them should have time and heart rate.

Remember to TAP to scroll through the stats and not swipe.

Hi, I have now tried this and no luck, I'm afraid. Tapping does show me one additional stat, but no time and no heart-rate, even if I scroll after tapping.

I have tried one tap, double-tap, everything I could think of.

Any other ideas?
