My husband just got a new Charge 6 but we cannot get it set up because every time we try to migrate his account to Google, we get a screen that says he needs to "Add personal info to your Google Account" Then it says: Before you can move Fitbit to this Google Account, make sure your Google Account includes your full name and date of birth. I click on Manage your Google Account and when I get there, it shows he has all of the information that is required. (Name & DOB) This is a dead end. There is no way to move on to Step 2 so we can migrate his account. I am going in circles. The only thing I can do is close the Google window and come back to where I started at the "Add personal info" screen. I cannot set up his Charge 6 without migrating his account. He is about ready to send the Charge 6 back and get another brand of fitness tracker. Please help!

Looks like no one in the community can help. We have tried to contact the Customer Support....no luck. Looks like we will be returning the Charge 6. The customer service is totally inadequate. We are DONE with Fitbit!!!! He will get something that doesn't require merging any accounts. You have no idea how many hours and DAYS I have been trying to move his account to Google to update to a Charge 6. It should not be this difficult!!!
