Can't stop individual notifications

On my charge 6 I have activated a few app notifications from the list, once activated they disappear from the app list, I now want to stop 1 of the active notifications only but they do not show anyway to toggle off. What can I do to stop just one not all notifications thanks

• Update the Application: Ensure that your Fitbit app is running the latest version.
• Offload the Application: Navigate to your iPhone settings, offload the Fitbit app, and restart your phone.
• Synchronize: Once completed, launch the application and attempt to sync your device again to verify if the notifications are functioning as expected.

Hi Amy, many thanks for the information. I have followed the recommendations above. I have no got no apps showing in the app notifications section. But I am still getting notifications on my charge 6 from all the apps I had previously selected. I followed above and reset my charge 6 as well but with out success. Any further suggestions?

Thank you for the update on the steps performed. As requested, an additional step you can try is to set up  your device to reset the app notifications. In case the issue persists. I recommend you contact support.
