I have a Xiaomi Redmi note 9 and although I always had some connection issues, like Google maps not working all the time and slow syncing, but for the last few days, it just won't connect or sync.
uninstalling and installing again the app does nothing, restarting phone and watch does nothing, turning everything off and on does nothing.
If I factory reset the charge 6, then connect it as a new device, it works for like an hour, then it goes back to not connecting/syncing. is it maybe because the Devs made a broken update? apart from trying these things, I didn't change anything. am I alone on this? how can I fix it?
as of now the watch works well for everything else, but since it can't keep synced, it can't do it's most basic thing, to keep track of my health data on my phone

as of now, I have achieved a stable (for a whole day) connection. In Bluetooth devices, I forgot charge 6, then rebooted the charge 6 and connected to it again through the app (forgetting the "old" instance)

@juanma42 this is an issue that arises sometimes with Xiaomi devices. Some users have been able to fix it by changing Battery Saving to "No Restrictions" in the app settings.
