Can you add an exercise classification to Charge 6?

A Body Pump class involves using bar and weights in a workout of each muscle group in turn, over an hour - do I have to just choose workout or weights from the list of 40, as a category?  It isn’t weightlifting for an hour in the traditional sense, but the weights bit is very relevant, particularly for post menopausal women ( or so we are told!)

Hi @SharonEP, Welcome to the Fitbit community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your question about adding a type of workout for "Body Pump".

At this moment, "body pump" is not included in the list of exercises that can be tracked by your Fitbit.

Instead, I would suggest to use either "Crossfit" or "Circuit training". Even if those are not exactly the "body pump" style, it can be the most accurate choice among those available.

In addition, you can try using one each time you hit the training floor, and evaluate the results to see which choice approaches the reality the most.

Thank you - I guess I know what I’m doing even if the stats don’t 😅. I don’t think I’m going to be analysing them in depth - only a general health monitor for me, and a motivator to move more I hope!
