I had no issues with either of these cards on my Charge 4. I get different errors when trying to add either to my new Charge 6. Super frustrating. I'm tempted to switch back and return the 6.

That may be for the UK, but that's not true here in the US.
So we'll have to agree to disagree.

You don't become a Gold Fitbit Product Expert by not chiming in on as many threads as possible, how much actual knowledge you have of the issues involved notwithstanding. The important thing is to sound authoritative and to stress that everything is great!

You're taking my words and twisting them. Not once did I say everything was great.

Hi everyone.
Thanks for your continued reports, as well as your efforts while getting this fixed. Before anything else, let me share that the Fitbit Community Forums is a place where users can come to share their feedback and stories in a positive and conducive manner. While every opinion is welcome, please keep in mind the Community Guidelines when posting.
Regarding your Charge 6, currently, some cards that are supported on Google Wallet with your Android phone may not be supported on Google Wallet for Fitbit. If your bank is supported, check the link shared by @RodrigoMFitbit which provides some tips to pay with your tracker. You can also check this other help article for further instructions.

My AMEX always worked with Fitbit Pay. Works for all contactless situations using the card or my phone. Works with GooglePay, but like most others here it will NOT work with GoogleWallet on my Sense 2 and they blame it on AMEX. Just let us revert back to Fitbit Pay, problem solved.

Hi there, @winpakbob and @cyfitness.
@winpakbob Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts about the Google Wallet feature. As I mentioned before, some cards that are supported on Google Wallet with your Android phone may not be supported on Google Wallet for Fitbit. This is because Google Wallet for Fitbit is a different platform than Google Wallet for Android phones, and the two platforms have different requirements for supported cards.
I understand that you'd like to revert back to using Fitbit Pay on your Sense 2, and I'm sorry this isn't possible. Please know that we're always looking for ways to improve our devices and their features, and your feedback is helpful in making our products better for our users.

Not true; I contacted google pay directly; capitol one cards can’t be added to google wallet
---
Agree she has no clue😆 nothing to do with the government; google pay told me they would pass my feedback, I don’t believe them though; hopefully sometime in the future they are able to add capital one
---
Google wallet supports capital one, I added my venture x card to google wallet directly on the google pay app; when I went to add it to via the fitbit app; it couldn’t add the card; it’s a Fitbit issue
---
will they ever add capital one to Fitbit? Capitol one can be added to google wallet; and Fitbit is owned by google; what’s the real issue?
