Sorry to see that you're having problems setting up your Charge 6 with your iPhone.
I checked and didn't see any issues with the Fitbit servers, as was experienced earlier this week.
This page has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try when there are problems setting up a Fitbit device (<-- click link)
Another troubleshooting step to try that isn't on the above page is to clear the storage for the Fitbit app on your iPhone. This will clear the cache and data for the Fitbit app. When you do this, you will need to log back into the app.
