Cannot fix "oops, no internet" for Gallery app on Charge 6 - please help!

I have a brand new Charge 6 and cannot get the Gallery / clock face app to work in the Fitbit app, and it's driving me insane.

I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S21, Android 15. I have tried:

-Disabled Private DNS

-No VPN running

-No adblock

-Tried on 5G and wifi

-Set wifi network to only 2.4 GHz

-Fitbit app is fully up-to-date

-Uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit app

I can't think of anything else to try!

I am also having this issue since installing the new firmware update two days ago.

I had a specific clock face set up and now I can't get into gallery to adjust it.

I have tried everything above as well, and still cannot connect to gallery. This happened right after I updated to thr new firmware.

Galaxy S24, Android 15, One UI 7.0

Thanks!

Hi @bagga3 and welcome @Emileafy to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your access to the gallery in the Fitbit app. I appreciate all the troubleshooting you both have tried prior to post in the community.

in order to further investigate the issue you are experiencing, please specify what is preventing you to access the app gallery. Do you receive an error message? Could you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Usually when you reinstall the Fitbit app, you download the latest version. To make sure which version of the Fitbit app you have, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > Help. The app version is at the top. The latest one is 4.43.

If you don't have the latest, see How do I use the Fitbit app? > How do I update the Fitbit app?
