Cannot get find my phone to work NEW charge 6

New charge 6, solved the problem of charge 5 not keeping in touch with GPS and showing weird scribbles on the map.                       BUT find my phone doesn't work.  All permissions given as far as I can see and bluetooth on both devices working. Is it just crap and shall I return to vendor?

Let's go into your phones settings, Bluetooth, do you see your Charge 6 as a connected device?

Yes it is.
But bluetooth doesn't link it to the app
