Cannot sync my Fitbit Charge 6 with my phone app

Help. Please. I've already spent 2 hours connecting, disconnecting, checking other devices, turning off & on bluetooth, etc, etc. My Fitbit will not connect with my phone. Is it me? What is happening? I'm really annoted because I just paid for another year of Fitbit Premium. For what?

Thanks. I kept fiddling with it, and what ended up working was restarting
the Fitbit device itself. I can't believe I spent half my Sunday trying to
figure it out.

Hello @RumpleCat 

Some users, including myself, found that turning off both Bluetooth & WiFi, then turning them back on got our devices syncing with the app. 

Please give this a try and let us know if it worked for you.

Thanks for letting us know that you were finally able to get your Charge 6 syncing with the Fitbit app. 

Often, restarting the Fitbit device is the first troubleshooting step we suggest. And, sometimes, it takes more than 1 restart to get the device working correctly.
