Cannot update firmware on my Charge 6

I have tried all the suggestions from this page to try and update the firmware on my charge 6 but nothing has worked.

I also can't update the firmware on my charge 6. I've tried a few times with no luck. So your not alone with this.

First, I recommend you to make sure your tracker is charged and then try these steps:

1. Turn your tracker off and on again using the instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
2. Restart your phone, and retry the update.
3. Log in to your Fitbit account on a different compatible device, and retry the update.

Unfortunately it still will not update.

Thanks for your help, I did all this, apart from i don't have another
compatability device.
Tried again this morning without success. I do notice that on reading the
article on how to update it mentions a pink dot showing up, which i don't
get. But the number for the system is my different to mine, which is why
I'm trying to update.
