I allready followed instructions on this forum, toggled the button a few times, but it just does not apply. Mit Charg 6 still starts every day at least a few times training sessions even if i do nothing. Is it so hard to make a simple toggle switch work?

After contacting support directly they provided me with the solution: Yes the app has that setting, but you also have to additionally tell the watch that it should not autostart the recording. Even tho i dont see any reason its not possible for the app to sync that setting automatically to the watch...
For anyone having the same issue: You have to go to the exercises on the watch, go through each option individually, and turn of auto start.
