Cardio Load makes no sense

I was feeling like my Cardio Load numbers were starting to make sense. I was getting high on days I worked out and few  on days I didn’t. Come to find out, other people are in the hundreds for a simple walk. What?? Is this ever going to make any sense or should I ignore it?

I've had to start ignoring it. I constantly get targets that are impossible to achieve, I'll do an intense aerobic workout for an hour and only get 12, my target for today is 90! I just don't physically have time in my day to do that amount of intense workout. I'm active and work put regularly, a long walk will only give me 10 points. When I first got my C6 the targets seemed to make sense, but now they don't, and I'm only set to 'maintain'. Don't know if something has changed in the app recently?
