Cardio load stopped working and now sleep tracking won’t work

Everything worked perfectly on my Fitbit until I ran the last update, after that my cardio load just won’t work. Now for the past 2 days my Fitbit has stopped recording my sleep. I’ve barely had it for 4 months.

I’ve reset it, I’ve re-paired it, Bluetooth on/off and checked for new updates and still it’s not working? Any idea before it’s binned and I research new trackers?

Was the update that you installed for the Fitbit app or the Charge 6?

I've seen users report that they had to uninstall, then re-install the Fitbit app to get their Cardio Load to show up. Have you tried this yet?
