Hi all, my Charge 5 hasn't been syncing with my Galaxy a10 for 6 days now. Worked perfectly fine before. I've tried all the suggested fixes such as force stopping the app, restarting fitbit etc, all of them. Nothing worked. Bluetooth won't even pair with it anymore. Intact can't even find it.
So naturally, I bought a brand new Charge 6. But I can't even set that up because it's having the same problems. It's looking like my phone's the problem but I'm all out of ideas. Don't wanna go buying a newer model if the problem can be fixed. Any ideas will be appreciated, thank you!

Hi there @Conman27! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's nice to see new faces around!
Thank you so much for letting us know that none of your Fitbits can sync with your Galaxy phone.
Our team has been looking for a solution and has recently launched a new version of the Fitbit app. Some users have reported that with this new version of the app they're able to sync their devices again.
Please try to update your Fitbit app to the 4.28.3 version. If it doesn't work, please restart your phone and try the steps of set up as new device again:
