Bad reliability- I am done with Fitbit’s. They keep dying without notice and the app keeps sending me messages like the Fitbit is working - what a sham

I'm curious about the app sending you a message that Fitbit is working.  I've never seen or heard of the app sending such a message.  Where do you get that message, and what exactly does it say?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

The same has happened to me, charge 5 just stopped syncing so thought ok perhaps time for a new one, onlybhadnit working a day before that stopped syncing 

Did all the takenitnoff put on etc now I can't even log into my account it won't send a password forgotten..  when I try alternate route it says u don't have the Internet connection

So fed up its bloody useless and a waste of money
