Charge 6 AOD Issue

This picture does not do the issue full justice, but fresh out of the box, my Charge 6 has artifacts all over the screen, and everything has a strange red highlight. This issue occurred when I turned on AOD, and no matter how I turn the feature off, it does not change things. reboots ec. Is this just my bad luck or is there any known issue with this? The merchant is replacing it but just concerned with this being a known issue
