Charge 6 - Activity hours revert to 9-5pm after I change to my preference

I’ve done it all, sync after changing hours, logout, login, remove app, re-pair, everything!  Why won’t this stay on hours I choose?!  Hours are set to my time zone, restart cell, reload app….what else?!

Out of curiosity, when did the issue start?

Right from the beginning during set up.  I set active hours 7am to 5pm, goes back to 9am to 5pm.  I have tried different ways to change it, and always goes back.  On charger, reset watch and cell and stlll goes back.  It’s bizarre.  Never had this issue with my last one.

Hello @BarJac 

Although I'm not sure that this will work, one other thing that you could try is clearing the data & cache for the Fitbit app on your phone. When you clear the data, you will need to log back into the app when you open it. 

Are you on Fitbit app version 4.50 or 4.51? To check

  • Tap your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap Help in the menu that opens
  • The Fitbit version information will be on the Help page
