Charge 6 - Always on display red pixels

As you read the previos thread, I asume that you already tried to restart the Charge 6, right?

Did you try to change the clock face? How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Yes, I tried restarting the device but that did not help. I did try to change the the clock face to the default one called "First Lane". That did not show-up the red pixel. However, the heart pulse on the top and steps/charge info at the bottom of that default clock goes away. 

Also, I understand and appreciate the suggestion to change the clock face. But I still fell that's not a sustainable solution. 

Please let me know how to fic this issue permanently.

@Kallol Thank you for your reply and further info. 

Sometimes changing the clock face helps permanently with display issues, as it allows some pixels to "restart"and get in sync again. 

As this was not your case and the improvement was not as wished, the next steps should be to contact Support. They have more tools to investigate your case and provide you with further options.
