Charge 6 App not showing the Day heart rate graph

Charge 6 is talking to the App - and gives me current heart rate and the weekly, monthly and annual average resting heart rates. But it has suddenly stopped displaying the Day graph - and says, stupidly, ‘wear the Fitbit to get readings’.

can anybody help, please?

Although I'm not sure that this will work for your issue, you could try uninstalling and re-installing the Fitbit app on your mobile device:

• Log out of the Fitbit app
• Uninstall the app
• Re-install the app
• Log back into the Fitbit app

Please let us know if this restored your heart rate graph for the Day.

Thanks for the tip, but no it didn’t.
Saw a comment that Fitbit has a flaw - and only works properly if the phone is set to 24 hour clock rather than 12 hour clock. As I had recently made that switch, I switched back again - and the problem disappeared.
