Has anyone else had their Fitbit Charge 6 automatically log a Fitness Class workout while just lying in bed before getting up? I'm not moving around much—just waking up slowly—and yet it logs a workout that I didn't actually do. What's even stranger is that "Fitness Class" isn’t one of the exercise shortcuts I've added to my Charge 6.
Is there a way to prevent this from happening or adjust the auto-detection sensitivity? Any help or tips would be appreciated!

Hello @nsl1
A recent app update changed auto-detect to include more activities and allow more flexibility in the minimum time for auto-detect. This help page has the instructions on how to manage auto-track (<-- click link), but needs a few more clarification steps:
Please let us know if this helped.

Turning off the exercises you do not do will also remove some of the load of the processor. You could see a snappier response to the display.
With the older units, the quicker, snappier display was obvious.
