My Charge 6 is only 4 mths old and already the battery depletes from 100% to 15% in 1 hour. Previously it could last at least 3 days. No settings were changed. Need assistance please.

Welcome on board, @Pereirai. @Rdizzle Thanks for your help!
@Pereirai Thanks for letting me know about your Charge 6 and the settings remain the same. As our friend mentioned, there are some features that may impact the battery life of your tracker if they're used regularly. However, I noticed you already have a case created with our Support team. I'm glad they're working with you on this situation and my best advice is to keep an open communication with them.

Do you have insurance on the fit bit watch as you can bring it back just incase the is any faulty or any damage that may have occurred that you didn't notice during your time with the watch. Thats one solution but before returning the watch check that the isn't anything that causing it go down as quick thats my only idea.

It’s been almost a month and unfortunately the issue is still not resolved. As Singapore doesn’t have a service centre, all queries goes through Google who then channels it to Fitbit support. This is where the nightmare begins, the email they correspond with me Fitbitsupport is an unmonitored email. It’s a one way communication whereby if they need any details from you, they will send via that email and when you reply, a prompt will state it’s unmonitored and when you go through the hassle with Google, they will mention that they have not received anything from you and will keep asking for the same details over and over again. I have given up even though the watch is only 5 months old. Never again with this company and brand. For those potential customers who do not have a service centre in your country, please don’t purchase Fitbit at all cost.
