Since I got my Charge 6 (less than two months ago)it has been inconsistent when charging the battery. Sometimes it charged quickly to full charge, sometimes it took a long time, and sometimes it stalls at 30 to 50% and won’t charge further. Now it seems to happen most times and I have to disconnect and try again later multiple times to get a full charge. Any ideas or do I have a faulty battery?

Hi there @SandraDfit! A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Thank you for letting us know about this situation and for all your efforts.
I recommend you try to restart your Charge 6:

Mine is the same! My battery will not charge past 45% but my device is only a few months old as I got a replacement when the old one stopped working.
I’ve tried all the cleaning stuff, I’ve tried restarting the device multiple times. It just will not charge past 45%.

I may have figured a solution. The one time I was able to get 100% was charging in my car. So I thought maybe it’s the type of charging base. When I use a one connection usb base, I can get a full charge. If it’s a multi-port base, it will not charge fully.
