Charge 6 - Battery short life

My Charge 6 battery drains from100% to 0 in just a few hours and I'm just sitting on the couch.

Thank you so much for letting us know that the battery of your Charge 6 drains way too quickly.

I suggest you to follow for a couple days the tips described here to extend your Fitbit device's battery life.

If the recommended tips don't help, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. They might have a way to determine if your battery is faulty.
