Charge 6 - Battery short life

My charge 6 isn’t charging properly even after being left on charge for over 4 hours it runs down the same day I have only had it since Xmas I have cleaned the ports as suggested but no success

I had the same, they have offered a replacement, Hoping that will work better.

If you aren't using any of the battery draining settings and are still having rapid battery drain, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link). It could be that you have a defective device.
