Charge 6 Black Screen

My Fitbit screen went black yesterday for no reason, it still vibrates when I push the side button. I’ve tried changing the clock and resetting it with the charger multiples times to no avail. Nothing shows up on the screen when I connect it to the charger, I’m going to try to let it die and see if it turns back on eventually. I’ve only had it for a little over a year. Any other ways to fix this ?

Thanks for troubleshooting your Charge 6 with the steps that were shared on your post.

That said, I'd like to recommend that you try changing your clock face, as this can sometimes refresh the device. You can find the instructions  here.

Hi, 

I’ve tried changing the clock face twice, it will show the Fitbit loading screen while installing and then the screen is still black when it’s done. Is there anything else I can do ?

I am in exactly the same position. Changing the clock face momentarily flashes up the logo which means that all the screen pixels work behind the scenes. But as a watch it is useless as nothing is ever on display.   Only started doing this 2 days ago

My screen is still black after trouble shooting for days. I’ve had it for a year and 2 months, is it possible to be sent a new one ? It seems like this is a common occurrence from what I’ve read online and I take good care of my device.
