I tried pushing the button on the side, tried changing the clock face. it worked earlier this morning, recorded my steps. It showed 61% 5hrs ago and still shows 61%. I received this Fitbit 4 days ago!

I had the same thing happen last night (6/6/24.) Tried all the fixes (went through this with three Charge 5s.) Fibit is sending me a replacement (I bought the Charge 6 with a 50% discount in December, after the third Charge 5 watch died. Stupid me.)
