the Bluetooth will randomly disconnect and will not reconnect. It used to stay connected to my phone overnight and now each morning I have to manually reconnect the Bluetooth. Additionally, it the Fitbit screen always displays a phone with a slash through it, even when it’s connected to my phone. Please help!
I’ve tried re-installing the Fitbit app, forgetting the charge 6 in my Bluetooth devices and reconnecting it. Not sure what else to do. Thanks in advance!
