I'm just wondering if it's safe to sleep with the fitbit next to your head at night?
I know that the emf and Bluetooth is very low and safe for the wrist but I always sleep with my hand by my head or neck and not sure if this can be harmful?
Do fitbit themselves respond to this query?

Hi everyone and warm welcome to the new members!
Fitbit trackers operate at such low RF power levels that they are exempt from the evaluation used for other devices (like cell phones). This means our trackers are in a completely separate category and emit significantly less energy than phones or other RF devices. I know that it's easy to worry about things like RF exposure, but hopefully, it helps to hear that our products operate far below FCC compliance levels, and are considered to be completely safe.

I've been wearing various Fitbit trackers and Pixel watches to bed for over 10 years and have no concerns about any health risks.

It's unfortunate that this is the best answer. Not having concerns about something that you've done for 10 years doesn't answer the question at all. Hopefully somebody can answer this person's question with a more empirically sound response.
