I'm just wondering if it's safe to sleep with the fitbit next to your head at night?
I know that the emf and Bluetooth is very low and safe for the wrist but I always sleep with my hand by my head or neck and not sure if this can be harmful?
Do fitbit themselves respond to this query?

I've been wearing various Fitbit trackers and Pixel watches to bed for over 10 years and have no concerns about any health risks.
