I just got this Charge 6 a few weeks ago since my Charge 5 stopped tracking sleep. When I open the App on my iPhone it synchs the steps but that’s it. It gets an error that Couldn’t Synch Charge 6. I shut off the Bluetooth on my phone, rebooted the Fitbit device, restarted phone and even removed and reinstalled the Fitbit app. Still doesn’t synch. It was working last night. Anyone else have this issue?

Amazingly enough I left the App open for an hour and it the sleep/health metrics just filled in on their own. Hopefully a glitch that I won’t see very often. I use this for tracking my sleep apnea issues so it’s important to me. I hope all of you also get the metrics.

I have a similar problem this morning. persistent could not synch message. have tried and retried restarts, reinstalls, etc.

I saw a Moderator post confirming that they were doing maintenance yesterday (19 Apr 2024) which is why we all had issues with syncing. Hopefully, everything is back to normal for you.
