Hi, @Moscreations , I am sure it will be helpful to other users to know that you have solved your issue.
For other users experiencing this issue, in order to set up your Fitbit on a new phone, if you still have the old phone, you will need to disconnect the Fitbit from the Fitbit app on your old phone, as the OP did, and then connect the Fitbit to your new phone with the Fitbit app installed. You can also achieve the same result by making sure that Bluetooth is disconnected on your old phone in order to connect your Fitbit to your new phone.
Remember that your Fitbit (just like other Bluetooth devices can only be connected to one device. When it is connected to your old phone it will always be unable to sync to your new phone. And visa versa.
If you continue occasionally to use your old phone (for whatever reason) you should also delete the Fitbit app from your old phone so that it does not try to connect with your fitbit and cause connection issues with your new phone.
This issue should not arise if you no longer have the old phone or if it is turned off or permanently out of range.

Hi @Moscreations, Thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.
I'm glad to know that you have figured out how to sync your Charge 6 on your new phone Samsung S25.
I would like to clarify that you may be able to sync your Charge 6 to a new mobile by just turning off the Bluetooth of the old mobile device. This procedure is less invasive if you still want to sync your Fitbit to you old mobile.
