Hello all, thank you for Reading!
I used a Fitbit Luxe until last autumn and did a lot of sports the Last 2 years. With the Luxe i could watch my Cardio Fitness Score fluctuating but climbing from week to week. But until i switched from Luxe to Charge 6 my CFS is pinned rocksolid to 51 starting with m First day with the Charge 6. Looks very fishy to me, can i somehow reset this to force a recalculation?
Thank you very much!

Hello @Grodahn
I believe deleting your Cardio Load data in the Fitbit app would reset the feature. This process will delete all your current Cardio Load data, so you will be starting back at the beginning.
This help page (<-- click link) has the instructions on how to do this.

Hi RiekoC,
thank you for your advice. I deleted all Cardio/Heart related stuff in my app after this i looked Like the App startet learning again for about 1 week. Than, the value of the CFS is pinned to 43 and Not moving even a bit since days now. So it Looks Like the CFS is broken again 😐

Hello @Grodahn
I'm not sure what else to suggest to get your Cardio Load to work properly.
For now, you can submit this issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:
The feedback reports go directly to the team for review.
