Recently I've been encountering some days where my cardio load is not calculated or being displayed correctly. On this image from my workout yesterday you can see my last exercise of the day contributed 100 points to my daily cardio load total. However in the list below it shows 6.
Today, after a vigorous half hour on a stationary bike it gives me a cardio load of 6. Yesterday for the same period I received 25. Scratching my head here...

Hello @Ryanwn
Without seeing the length of time & heart rate details for your walk & run, those don't look like you got full credit for your activities.
There's been an issue with cardio load & spinning/biking activities for awhile. For whatever reason, spinning & biking have resulted in much lower cardio load than other activities.
Which version of the Fitbit app do you have? A user recently reported that they started getting more reasonable cardio load for their spinning session after updating to app version 4.40.

Thanks for the reply. I'm on 4.40.
A few hours later I noticed the cardio load was recalculated for that morning's spinning and it jumped from 6 to 34... Are the cardio load calculations often delayed like this?
However, the run in that image I shared is still listed as 6 even though it was over 100 when viewing on the graph. Weird.

Hello @Ryanwn
I'm glad to see that your cardio load got recalculated and you got more reasonable credit for your spinning session.
Based on my experience, cardio load calculations aren't typically delayed. However, since there was an issue with spinning & biking sessions not getting full cardio load credit, it could be that the app is catching up and recalculating cardio load.
